Green Turtle Inn  MM 81  Great breakfast and friendliest service from this Islamorada landmark. Tip Best breakfast value in town $9 for the The Turtle Breakfast  Two eggs, Two Bacon, Two Sausage, Panini Toast, Fresh Squeezed OJ, Starbucks Coffee served by happy people in a beautiful restaurant.  The Green Turtle is a must visit.

Bob's Bunz  MM 81.5  Great breakfast spot with awesome cinnamon bunz.  Try at least once during your stay. Tip The Crab Eggs Benedict  and the Bunz are a must try.

Mangrove Mikes  MM 82  Good diner type breakfast.  Always busy.

Midway Cafe MM 80.5 Good breakfast sandwiches and baked goods. Tip They roast their own coffee.

Island Grill MM 85.5 Breakfast on the water


Lunch & Dinner

Morada Bay Beach Cafe  The Top Spot in Islamorada!!!  Sharing the same beach with Pierres, Morada Bay Cafe is a more casual choice then Pierre's but with food that is sure to please.    You must watch the sunset and have lunch or dinner here. The tappas menu has some of my favorite items.  Tip   No reservations but there are a few first come first served tables near the outside bar if the place is very busy.

Pierre's MM 81.5 Home of the famous full moon party every month.  Pierre's raises the bar for dining in Islamorada.  French food served in an amazing atmosphere.  By far the nicest Restaurant in the entire Keys!  Reservations recommended.   Tip Don't Miss the Green Flash Lounge for a Mojita or Pierre's Rum Punch. Ask for a table on the outside porch for sunset view.

Kaiyo  MM 81.6 Sushi and Asian cuisine at it's best! Also the only game in town. Tip They have a GREAT lunch buffet, Amazing steak, and large sake menu.  Don't miss it!!!!

Lazydays MM 79.9  My favorite place to bring my catch. They will cook it for you in any style you like it.  Great food and HUGE portions.  Reservations recommended.  Tip Try your fish Lazydays style

Ziggy and Maddogs MM 83  Best steak in the Keys. Reservations recommended.  Tip This place can be a zoo sometimes and your reservation can be off by a hour or so!  The food is good but I would try to eat there at off peek hours if you can.

Chanticleer South MM 81.5  Chef Jean-Charles Berruet from  Internationally acclaimed Chanticleer Restaurant in Nantucket  cooks contemporary French, with a keys flare. Closed in the summer Tip This place is small.  Reservations recommended.

Uncles MM 81 Oceanside Fine dining with extensive menu choices.  Tip They serve wild game.

Green Turtle Inn  MM 81  great dinner and large menu from this Islamorada landmark.  Staff may be the best in Islamorada!  Tip live music on the weekends & great wine selection.

A Spanish Gardens MM 80.2 Oceanside Very good Tappas   Tip One of our favorite place to eat.

Tower of Pizza MM 81.5  It's ok but we drive to Boardwalk if we want pizza.

Boardwalk Pizza MM 88.8   Good pizza and subs. Tip Try the Homemade cookies next to the register.

Loreli  MM82  A real keys vibe and a great fish sandwich. Casual bar food served in a beautiful bay front sunset spot.  A locals hangout. Tip Try the homemade chips & fish sandwich rocks!!

Athens Greek MM 82.3   You looking for a gyro or other Greek specialty?  Say Hi to Tom. Tip Great Chocolate chip cookies

Whale Harbor  MM 83.4 Seafood buffet all you can eat. Tip Don't eat Lunch before going here!

Wahoos Bar & Grill MM 83.4 Located on the dock of the offshore fishing fleet. Good bar food. Tip Get here around 4:00 to see the offshore boats unload their catch.

Island Grill MM 85.5   Good food and nice oceanfront location (even if it is under a bridge)  Come by land or sea.   Much better then it looks! Tip Don't eat outdoors at sunset during mosquito season! Tuna Nachos are really good.

Braza Lena MM 83.4 Brazilian Steakhouse all you can eat. 16 cuts of meat and 50 item salad bar.

Agave  MM 81.8  Mexican Food

Ma's Fish Camp MM 81.5  If you like it fried you will like Ma's.  Tip Good fish sandwich fried or blackened.

Ocean View Sports Bar Grill & Hotel  MM 84.5 Bayside So get this---you can eat here, sleep here, get your drink on here, watch the game on big screens outdoors, swim, and the kids have fenced in playground.  Did I mention they have great sliders and other bar fare. Owned by former Pittsburgh Steelers  Gary Dunn, and former Los Angeles Rams Dennis Harrah.

Islamorada Fish Company and the Zane Grey Lounge MM 81.5  Big outdoor seating under a tiki hut or upstairs in the Zane Grey Lounge.


Where to eat and drink late night

Whistle Stop MM 82.5  Oceanside Good for late night eats till 2am.  Good burger and conch fritters.  FYI they allow smoking inside at the bar.  Tip You can sit in the game area if the smoke bothers you or avoid.

Hog Heaven  MM 85 Bayside Bar and Grill Open Late Go here when everything else has closed down!  Waterfront
